SUMMER

Don't you just love summer! At least I do. You don't have to do school work all day. Instead you can just take a jump in the pool! It's all so much fun. We can also play with our friends and have sleepovers everyday! Sometimes when my mom is outside watering our flowers, me and my friend Zoey g0 outside and get soaked from her spraying us! It is always a blast doing that. We always go to a pool called A.J. pool. There are two slides, a kid area, two diving boards, and a whirl pool! It makes me so excited just to think about all the things I'm going to get to do this summer!!! Well, I guess that's ta-ta for now. BYE!!

My Family

In my family, I have seven people. My mom and dad, my two brothers, and two sisters. My mom's name is Susie, my dad's is Tom, my brother's names are Zach and Jeremy, and my sister's names are Ashley and Brittany. I also have a pet, her name is Shelby. She is a cute little dog turning three June 9. She is a brown, black, and white Beagle. MY FAMILY UNITES!!!

SUNSPLASH

On June 7, I went to Sunsplash with my family. I had a blast. If you have'nt been their before, you just have to go! I went on most of the stuff their. When I was in the wave pool, the waves brought me up so high that I felt like I was flying! The Couldron was awesome! I call it the toilet bowl, can you guess why? Well, I call it that because first you go down a slide that leads to a huge bowl. You go around in it about three times and then fall through the little hole at the bottom and land in the water. After the Couldron, I went on the Sidewinder with my brother and sister. I call it the V. Thats because it's shaped like one. You sit in a raft type thing way up high and slide down it backwards going up the other side and then back and forth you go. Sometimes it gets a little scary because you feel like your either going to backwards or forwards. I went on that two times. Next me and my sister went on the Master Blaster together. [ I don't have another name for that one ]. The Master Blaster is a slide that you go on with two people on the raft. It is a dark, long, twisting, turning slide. When I was done with that I went the Lily Pads. They are large green pads spread out floating on the water. You have to use a rope that is tied to a pole on one side to a pole on the other side. What I'm saying is you use the rope to help guide you to the other side while you try to walk across on the pads. Last I went down a short little slide that lead into a regular pool. Sunsplash is the best!!!

Hi I'm Courtney. I am nine years old and I'll be going into fifth grade! My favorite color is blue, and my favorite food is pizza. My favorite sport is gymnastics. I'm in level four. What is your favorite season and holiday, because my favorite season is summer. I'm having a blast! Oh, and my favorite holiday is Christmas. Goody goody! Candy and presents, don't you just love it! My favorite subject in school is math. 12 x 11 = 132, 12 + 11 = 23, 12 - 11 = 1. Math is so much fun! [ I'm a straight A student]! A few of my favorite places to go are DisneyLand, SeaWorld, and Sunsplash. And my favorite movies are Aquamarine, Hairspray, and Nancy Drew.
